【摘要】:1Thisstandardspecifiesthetechnicalsafetyrequirementsandmeasurestobeadoptedbypersonsundertakingthedesign,constructionandsupply(includinginstallationanddismantling,witharrangementsfortransportandmaintenance)ofstationarydrillingmachines(see3.1).Thisstandardcoversbothmanualandautomaticdrillingmachines.Theseincludebutarenotlimitedto:-pedestaldrillingmachines(seefigureA.1);-radialarmdrillingmachines(seefigureA.2);-coordinatetabledrillingmachines(seefigureA.3);-horizontalspindledrillingmachines(seefigureA.4);-multi-spindledrillingmachines(seefigureA.5)-turrettypedrillingmachineswithmanualcontrolofturretindex.2Thisstandardtakesaccountofintendeduseincludingreasonablyforeseeablemisuse,maintenance,cleaning,andsettingoperations.Itpresumesaccesstothemachinefromalldirections.Itdescribesmeanstoreduceriskstooperatorsandotherexposedpersons.3Thisstandardalsoappliestoworkpiecetransferdeviceswhentheyformanintegralpartofthemachine.4Thisstandarddealswithsignificanthazardsrelevanttodrillingmachineswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).5Hazardsarisingfromothermetalworkingprocesses(e.g.milling,grinding,turning,forming,EDM,laserprocessing)arecoveredbyotherstandards(seeBibliography).6Automaticdrillingmachineswithautomatictoolchangingcapabilitiesarenotcoveredbythisstandard(seeprEN12417:1996).7Thisstandardisnotapplicabletodrillingmachines,whichweremanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisstandard.

【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiestherequirements,performancecriteriaandtestingproceduresforcontrolandindicatingequipment(CIE)intendedforuseinintrusionandhold-upalarmsystems(I&HAS)installedinbuildings.ThisdocumentalsoappliestoCIEtobeusedinIASorHAS.TheCIEmayincorporateprocessingfunctionsofotherI&HAScomponentsoritsprocessingrequirementsmaybedistributedamongsuchcomponents.ThisstandardspecifiestherequirementsforCIEinstalledinbuildingsusingspecificornon-specificwiredinterconnectionsorwire-freeinterconnections.TheserequirementsalsoapplytoACEthatareinstalledinsideoroutsideofthesupervisedpremisesandmountedinindoororoutdoorenvironments.WhereCIEsharesmeansofdetection,interconnection,control,communication,processingand/orpowersupplieswithotherapplications,theserequirementsapplytoI&HASfunctionsonly.ThisstandardspecifiesperformancerequirementsforCIEateachofthefoursecuritygradesidentifiedintheEuropeanStandardEN50131-1,“AlarmSystems–Intrusionandhold-upsystems–Systemrequirements”.Requirementsarealsospecifiedforfourenvironmentalclassescoveringapplicationsforindoorandoutdoorlocations.Thisstandardincludesmandatoryfunctions,whichshallbeprovidedonallCIEfortheappropriatesecuritygrade,aswellasoptionalfunctionsthatmayadditionallybeprovided.ThisstandarddoesnotdealwithrequirementsforcompliancewithEUregulatoryDirectives,suchastheEMCDirective,LowVoltageDirective,etc.exceptinthatitspecifiestheequipmentoperatingconditionsforEMCsusceptibilitytestingasrequiredbyEN50130-4.NOTEInthisstandardreferencetotheterm“I&HAS”isusedthroughout,exceptwherethereisspecificneedtodifferentiatebetweentheIASandHASportionsofasystem.ThetermisintendedtoincludeIASandHASwhensuchsystemsareinstalledseparately.
