【摘要】:1.1Theserequirementscoverportablescales,includingcounter,jewelry,grain,floorandotherelectronicscaledesignations.Thesescalesareordinarilyofthecomputingtype,thatarerated250voltsorless.Thesescalesconsistofanattachmentplug,alengthofflexiblecord,aswitch,oneormorelamps,lampholders,ballastsifelectric-dischargelampsareused,andassociatedinternalwiring.TheyareintendedtobeusedinaccordancewiththeNationalElectricalCode,NFPA70.1.2Theserequirementsdonotcoverscalesinvolvingelectroniccomputingfeaturesorelectricalfeaturessuchasmotor-operatedcomponents,relays,andprovisionforpermanentconnectiontothepowersupply.SuchscalesareevaluatedundertheapplicablerequirementsintheStandardforInformationTechnologyEquipment,UL60950.1.3DeletedApril28,2004.1.4Inthisstandard,portableequipmentisdefinedasequipmentthatcanbeeasilymovedfromoneplacetoanotherinnormaluse.
