【摘要】:ThisCodeprovidestheprocedures,direction,andguidancefordeterminingtheperformanceofclosedfeedwaterheaterswithregardtothefollowing:(a)TerminalTemperatureDifference(TTD),whichisthedifferencebetweenthesaturationtemperaturecorrespondingtothesteaminletpressureandthefeedwateroutlettemperature;(b)DrainCoolerApproach(DCA),whichisthedifferencebetweendrainoutlettemperatureandfeedwaterinlettemperature;(c)Tubeside(feedwater)pressurelossthroughtheheater;and(d)Shellsidepressurelossthroughthedesuperheatingzone,andthroughthedraincoolingzone.ThisCodeappliestoallhorizontalandverticalheatersexceptthosewithpartialpassdraincoolingzones.Designswithpartialpassdraincoolingzonesarehorizontalheaterswithsubmergeddraincoolingzones,andverticalchannel-upheaterswithdraincoolingzones.Inthosedesigns,onlyaportionofthefeedwaterpassesthroughthedraincoolingzones;therefore,therearetwofeedwaterflowstreamswithdifferenttemperatureprofiles.Afeedwaterheaterisdesignedtoaccomplishheattransferbetweenfluids.Theheaterdesignisbasedonaspecificoperatingconditionthatincludesflow,temperature,andpressure.Thisspecificconditionconstitutesthedesignpointthatisfoundonthemanufacturer'sfeedwaterheaterspecificationsheet.Itisnotfeasibletoexpectthatthetestwillbeconductedatthedesignpoint.Therefore,itisnecessarytopredicttheheaterperformancebyadjustingthedesignparametersforthetestconditions.MethodsofcalculatingthepredictedheaterperformancearepresentedintheCode.Thesepredictedvaluesshallthenbecomparedtocorrespondingmeasuredtestvalues.
